About JointLab
The JointLab project, initiated by CrestOptics in June 2018, aims to provide the worldwide scientific community with patents and scientific results. These R&D projects offer opportunities to introduce new products for research labs and develop diagnostics instrumentation suitable for mass screening or simplified diagnostics processes.

Full professor of Condensed Matter Physics at Sapienza University of Rome since 2000.

Expertise in spectroscopic investigation of disordered solids, glasses, and liquids. Recent focus on new imaging techniques for biosystems.
Leadership Roles
Director of CLNS at IIT, PI of "Nanotechnology for Neuroscience" research line, and ERC Synergy grant recipient for studying protein aggregation in neurodegenerative diseases.
